AFAIK, these types of tests usually aren't covered by HSA/FSA since they're not diagnostic medical tests. Probably out of pocket.

I've only used UCARI but my friend used Everlywell and said it was good. UCARI tests a ton of stuff though, like 1500+ factors, which sounded more comprehensive.

They're a bit different. Everlywell does more specific allergy type stuff sometimes, UCARI is all about those intolerances and sensitivities. Depends on what you're looking for, but UCARI was cheaper for what I needed.
